Simon Wakengut on his work: “For this project, I spent a long time exploring the question of what ‘unknown’ means. For me, ‘unknown’ refers to a lack of knowledge about a person. Most of the time, you see someone’s result or action, but you can’t identify who it was. That’s why I chose shadows.”
