The project "Liquid and physics simulation in advertising" deals with the realization of an advertising clip for the soft drink Plantrider. On the one hand, this clip is intended to promote the market launch of the Plantrider drink and, on the other, to arouse interest in the Digital Media course. To achieve this, a concept was developed that integrates both the course and the drink into a clever and humorous storyline. A kind of Rube Goldberg Machine, which is driven by utensils from everyday life at DM and gradually finds its way to its destination - the Plantrider soft drink. But it's not just the elements in the scene that point to the Digital Media course. The realization of the clip shows techniques that are taught in this course. In particular, these are 3D animations, 2D animations, video filming and illustrations. Subjects such as design, typography, animation, video film production and 3D are thus subtly integrated into the plot of the video clip.
