Bachelor's theses 2018
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of oncology, the affected cancer patients aged 18-39 and their relatives. The thesis focuses on the problems and needs of these people and aims to offer added value in the media context based on analyses of existing services and interviews with service providers and those affected. The analysis looks at the socio-demographic data on cancer in Germany and the status quo of services for cancer patients. It turns out that young cancer patients in particular are unable to find suitable services due to specific problems such as the age cohort.
