Internal and external situation analyses were used to sound out the current and future positioning and to analyze the target groups and marketing strategies in order to develop targeted fundraising measures. These are presented in detail and individually categorized by target group in the establishment concept and strategy.
The result is the development of a holistic communication culture with extended customer touchpoints consisting of a cover letter, thank-you card, give-away, poster campaign, social media presence and e-mail newsletter, which help the children's foundation to establish itself regionally in the public eye and increase awareness and interaction with the target groups.
