The digitalization of all areas of human life is inevitable and is constantly evolving. Due to the increasing relevance of digital technologies, they are becoming more and more important for people and thus often develop an unhealthy consumption behavior of various media. The campaign "Online? Stay Offline" campaign in this bachelor thesis was developed as a countermeasure to the phenomenon of media addiction. The aim of this thesis is to highlight the causes and consequences of media addiction and to develop a conceptual prevention measure based on targeted media selection using the current data situation. The terminology used is examined, the causes for the development of this addiction are worked out and the conceptual and creative implementation is discussed.
